Jury selection is moving faster than expected in the trial of the man charged with killing two people in Essex in August 2006;  Democratic challenger Gaye Symington says Governor Jim Douglas is not moving quickly to get additional funds out to Vermonters for home weatherization projects;  Officials in Montpelier say several sculptures made from bicycle parts were damaged over the holiday weekend;  New Hampshire Congressman Paul Hodes wants the government to stop putting seniors' Social Security numbers on Medicare cards in order to prevent identity theft.
