State building in Rutland reopens after flood

Options
The Asa Bloomer state office building in Rutland will reopen today after being closed for more than two weeks because of flooding.
All state employees who work in the building have been told to return there today.
The basement of the building in downtown Rutland was flooded during storms on June 14.
Since the flood state employees have been working in alternative locations.
