Interview: Bob Viens of Bob's Lucky Adventure Corn Flake

This is a story about a Brattleboro man who lost his job, then his bicycle, and with it, almost everything he owned.

It's also about a giant cornflake, and the kindness of strangers.

Bob Viens gets us back on track. He's a 46-year old man laid off last month from his job at a local car dealership. Viens decided he needed to do some soul-searching. And he figured a long biking trip through New England and on up to Canada was the way to do it.

So he put some of his belongings into storage and packed up almost everything else he owned on his bicycle. He made it to the small town of Amherst, Nova Scotia, and that's when things started to go wrong:
